CBS has released a new collection of still images from the upcoming fifth episode of Supergirl, titled “Livewire.”
As the title implies, the episode will introduce the popular supervillain who first appeared in Superman: The Animated Series and incorporate her into the world of Supergirl. Brit Morgan guest stars as Leslie Willis/Livewire and former Supergirl Helen Slater guest stars as Dr. Eliza Danvers, Kara’s foster mother.

Kara’s Thanksgiving may be ruined when she suspects her foster mother, Dr. Danvers (Helen Slater), who is coming to town, disapproves of her new role as a superhero. Also, when an accident transforms a volatile CatCo employee into the villainous Livewire, she targets Cat and Supergirl.
“Livewire” episode of Supergirl will air Monday, November 23. Supergirl airs on Monday nights at 8:00 PM ET/PT on CBS.
