If you thought people weren’t hyped for Justice League, think again, as tracking data for Justice League currently points to the film opening in North America with around $110 million – $120 million.
To put it into perspective, Wonder Woman opened to $103.2 million and due to great word of mouth, went on to a domestic total of over $412 million, and foreign total of $409 million. Those are great numbers against its $149 million production budget ($821 million total).
However, Justice League is always in danger of experiencing bad word of mouth like Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice did, which suffered from it. The Batman v Superman production budget was $250 million and its domestic take topped out at just over $330 million, while its foreign numbers topped out at just over $542 million ($873 million total).
Of course tracking numbers for Justice League could change between now and its release date of November 17, but as of now it appears as if Warner Bros. will have another hit on their hands regardless.
