Rumors continue to circulate about the possibility of Wonder Woman appearing in the upcoming Man of Steel sequel. Tentatively titled Batman vs. Superman, the film is also rumored to be setting the stage for future Justice League projects. As a result, rumors fly left and right as people make guesses as to what will happen in the Zack Snyder film.
According to Variety’s anonymous sources, three actresses have or will soon audition for the role of a “tall, brunette, athletic, and exotic” woman. While that sounds very much like Wonder Woman, it is information that comes from anonymous sources. Warner Bros had no comment about the possible casting description nor did they say anything about Gal Gadot, Elodie Young, or Olga Kurylenko auditioning for roles.
Gadot, of Fast and Furious fame, Young, who starred in G.I. Joe: Retaliation, and Kurylenko all certainly fit the billed for the rumored casting call. If Wonder Woman does make an appearance in the movie, it would certainly set the stage for larger films involving the many popular DC characters. However, according to other rumors, it is also possible that the women are being asked to audition for the role of Bruce Wayne’s lover.
