With all the buzz surrounding her upcoming role as Wonder Woman, Gal Gadot understands that fans will be expecting a lot out of her. Something she is not shying away from, the mother of one has been stepping up her workout and diet routines in preparation for her upcoming role.
The actress said the following to E! News regarding her workout routine:
“I just keep active—everything that’s challenging me, everything that I feel like doing. It’s not like I’m only TRX or Pilates. I do sports. I do cardio, but I don’t like it as much. I’d rather do weights. I try to eat healthy, but sometimes though, I eat cheeseburgers. That’s good for the soul. I make sure to balance everything out. I drink tons of water.”
With most of the details of the upcoming Man of Steel sequel held under wraps, it’s refreshing to see Wonder Woman to-be take her role so seriously. Warner Bros did announce the other day they were planning to announce a new “film series” in addition to the Man of Steel sequel. Perhaps a Wonder Woman solo film is on the horizon.
