The mind behind the Dark Knight Trilogy score has been plugged to be the composer for the Man of Steel sequel.
Hans Zimmer is said to take the reins on the up and coming movie. The composer himself has worked on the likes of Man of Steel and is currently working on Interstellar, the new Christopher Nolan sci-fi film.
_1375065189 Zimmer said in an interview “We’ve already had a couple of chats, and once I finish the movie that I shall not talk about I will probably head over to where Zack is shooting his movie and just hang out a bit and see if we can come up with any ideas,”

But will there could be overlap in these ideas, the last Batman movies Zimmer did was the Dark Knight Trilogy. Zimmer went on to say in the same interview that the role was Christian Bale’s.So making a new theme for a new actor in the same role might take time but Hans has loads of time to write and score the movie due to the release being in 2016.  Zimmer went on to say that he still needs to think about the score, he mentioned in the interview “So it’s really about, ‘Is there something else I can find that I haven’t tapped into?’ Which I don’t know until I sit down with Zack.” the score has to have a Batman feel to it but it can’t be the Dark Knight Trilogy.
