Summary

The United States government is in crisis. Unexplained and dubious phenomena are causing widespread disruption across the Capitol and beyond as General Harrier heads to the Senate to address the uncontrollable effects of Unstabilium as it spreads around the world. Meanwhile, Dastardly and Muttley are off the leash as they battle their former friends in the U.S. military!

Positives

In the opening pages, their eventual nicknames are called out, kind of meta in the way they do it. The reader also finds in a session of senate, that the Unstablium has become an epidemic, as one of the senators has one of his eyes as big as his head.

The issue becomes a really crazy episode of “When Animals Attack” as you literally have a panda roundhouse kicking kids in the chest. Lastly, Muttley starts to sound like a dog, even barking, as this begins to show just how unhinged the toxin really is.

Negatives

The back and forth is a bit unbalanced, something I think they will correct by next issue.

Verdict

Buy, as this story gets funnier and even zanier with each issue.
