It looks like the new Gotham City has been picked out for Men of Steel II and the name of that city is Detroit. The state of Michigan has given the production a $35 million tax credit for shooting the film in the state. The production is to bring in the following revenue to the state.
* 426 Full Time Jobs
* $5.1 Million in Hotels
* Over 500 local vendors to be used
The movie is scheduled to start production in 2014.
