In an ironic twist possibly, the end of the August’s Aquaman mentioned that he had been away for 6 months. This was before the events of the conclusion of Trinity War and now the revelation in Justice League of America #8 that the Justice League may be prisoners of their own mind. The preview gives a bit of hints of what happens when Aquaman is “away”, however is this due to the Crime Syndicate or something else. We will have to stay tuned to find out. Also this is the next to last issue for Geoff Johns run on Aquaman, so how will his run come to a close?
