With the amount of Easter Eggs and fan service in the first few episodes of the first season of the CW’s The Flash but one has stuck out more and had fans talking about a possible appearance from one of Barry Allen’s most famous Rogues.
With a recent tweet from executive producer Andrew Kreisberg, talking about the newest episode of The Flash, he name dropped “Grodd” in with Plastique and “The General”. Grodd one of the many Rogues the Flash has is a genetically enhanced guerrilla who is able to control minds and is hyper intelligent.

This will be Grodd’s first live action appearance after only appearing in cartoons such as Justice League and Justice League Unlimited. DC Entertainment’s Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns spoke about Grodd’s possible appearance in The Flash saying “I can’t believe Gorilla Grodd’s gonna be in a Flash TV show. That’s insane. Like, I say it out loud and I still think it’s insane. But that’s what we want to do; we want to break new ground.”
It seems that The Flash’s Rogues gallery seems to be growing with the inclusion of Captain Cold and Heat Wave already added to the rooster.
The Flash is set for air on Tuesdays at 8 p.m.
