CBS’ Supergirl has rounded out its cast with the addition of Jeremy Jordan (Smash) as Winslow “Winn” Schott “a tech genius and superstar IT whiz who works alongside Kara at Cat Grant’s company, CatCo.”
Readers of DC Comics will know that Mr. Schott will one day go on to become the creepy villain known as Toyman. I originally heard this character was part of the principal cast, but The Wrap states he’s merely a guest character with the potential to become recurring. Time will tell.
Jordan joins the core group of Melissa Benoist (Supergirl), Mehcad Brooks (Jimmy Olsen), and Calista Flockhart (Cat Grant). The Greg Berlanti and Ali Adler penned pilot starts shooting on Wednesday, so stay tuned to DCN because this likely won’t be the only Supergirl news we bring you this week.
