Although Supergirl has attempted not to overly rely on the Man of Steel, now the show is seeking to cast a Superman of its own – but with a bit of a twist. The Superman being sought is 13 years old, with “future leading man looks” for a potentially recurring role in a string of flashbacks to establish to bond between Kal and Kara.
There is some concern over how this will work, seeing as the pilot established that Kal-El was already an adult Superman when Kara arrived on earth.
Any theories on how this will all shake out?
