The DC Trinity has arrived in the form of three brand new character posters for the upcoming film, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
Each poster spotlights one member of the Trinity with their individual symbols and the film’s release date. Â They were released via each star’s personal Twitter account.
Here is the official synopsis:
Fearing the actions of a god-like superhero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. Â And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.
Directed by Zack Snyder, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice hits theaters March 25, 2016, and stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman.
