If you didn’t know, in 2007 George Miller signed on to direct a live action Justice League film, titled Justice League: Mortal. Armie Hammer was cast as Batman, D.J. Cotrona as Superman, Common as Green Lantern, Adam Brody as The Flash, Anton Yelchin as The Flash (Wally West), Megan Gale as Wonder Woman, Santiago Cabrera as Aquaman, and Hugh Keays-Byrne as Martian Manhunter, with Jay Baruchel as Maxwell Lord and Teresa Palmer as Talia al Ghul. Obviously the movie never made it into production, as it was canceled about a year later due a denied tax rebate and the writer’s strike.
A piece of concept art showing the main heroes suited up has recently been released. We did get a photo of Wonder Woman a few years ago, but this is the first time we’ve seen the other heroes. Check it out below:
