This summer will feature two new and exciting Justice League titles according to the DC Comics’ Publishers Panel in Anaheim at Wondercon.  Justice League: No Justice is an upcoming miniseries launching in May that will lead to these two new titles, Justice League Dark and Justice League Odyssey over the summer.

Both titles features some crazy shake-ups and some great-sounding creative teams.  Justice League Dark will be written by James Tynion IV and will feature art from with art from Alvaro Martinez, Brad Anderson, and Raul Fernandez.  The roster will feature Wonder Woman, Detective Chimp, Swamp Thing, Zatanna, and Man-Bat to start, but it is also hinted that this roster may contain many more characters to be named later.

The Justice League Odyssey title will be written by Joshua Williamson with art from Stjepan Sejic and feature a roster of Cyborg, Jessica Cruz, Starfire, Azrael and Darkseid.  Yes Darkseid.  Scott Snyder had more to say on this matter stating, “The last member of the team is Darkseid. The tyrannical ruler of Apokolips is one of Superman’s greatest foes. He is their ‘Hannibal Lecter.’  They are dealing with an epic plot that has to do with his father, the Source Wall, whole new areas that have opened up in space … They fly around in an old Brainiac head with flames painted on it.”  This is going to be a multiverse-changing event ladies and gentlemen.

Both titles will launch in June right before Scott Snyder’s relaunch of the main Justice League title featuring the return of Hawkgirl and Martian Manhunter.
