For the second consecutive year, Comic-Con International has gone virtual – although they’ve scheduled dates for a physical convention for Thanksgiving weekend this November. That said, let’s have a look at some interesting stuff that went down during today’s festivities, including the panel for Batman: The Long Halloween, Part Two.

Whetting the appetites of DC fans was the panel for Batman: The Long Halloween, Part Two, which will be available digitally on July 27, with a Blu-ray release bringing up the rear on August 10 (expect to see our review posted in the very near future). Moderated by Tiffany Smith, said panel was filled out by Jensen Ackles (Batman), Troy Baker (The Joker), Katee Sackhoff (Poison Ivy), Julie Nathanson (Gilda Dent), and screenwriter Tim Sheridan.

In case you missed it, the full panel can be viewed in the video embedded below.

As an added bonus, here’s a new clip from the film entitled “Fireworks.”

Clip Synopsis:

It’s the Fourth of July, but the fireworks are not limited to the sky as a mob war continues, Gotham City’s rogues’ gallery flourishes, and our protagonists – Batman (voiced by Jensen Ackles), Police Commissioner James Gordon (Billy Burke) and Harvey & Gilda Dent (Josh Duhamel, Julie Nathanson) contend with devious forces on all sides. Among those forces is Carmine Falcone (Titus Welliver), who takes a moment for an ominous visit with Gordon and the Dents in this all-new clip. Produced by Warner Bros. Animation, DC and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, the all-new feature-length Batman: The Long Halloween, Part Two arrives on Digital starting July 27, 2021, and Blu-ray on August 10, 2021.
