Clover Press has officially revealed The DC Art of Bruno Redondo, the second installment in its premium The DC Art Of… series—an expanding collection of high-end art books dedicated to some of the most influential artists shaping the DC Universe. Announced on March 2, 2026, the new volume celebrates the work of three-time Eisner Award-winning artist Bruno Redondo, whose dynamic storytelling and sleek visual style have helped define modern DC Comics.
Spanning more than 200 pages in a large-format 9” x 12” hardcover, The DC Art of Bruno Redondo compiles some of the artist’s most celebrated work from across his career. The book spotlights his acclaimed runs on Injustice and Nightwing, while also featuring artwork from other major DC titles including Justice League, Batman: Black & White, and Harley Quinn: Black, White & Red. Designed as both a showcase and a behind-the-scenes look at Redondo’s artistic evolution, the collection aims to provide fans with an intimate look at the creative process behind some of DC’s most striking modern comics.
For Redondo, the project holds particular personal significance. The artist has long admired art books created by other illustrators, viewing them as a valuable window into the creative process. Now, with his own collection, he hopes to offer readers that same level of insight and inspiration.
“I have always been an avid fan of art books from the artists I admire,” Redondo said. “I consider them a great chance to learn and look behind the curtain of their creative process. So having the opportunity to share my own art book is quite a responsibility. I’m trying to be as open as possible to it and build a new bridge of communication through this, as a complement to my comic books.”

Redondo first began building his reputation in the comics industry with work on titles such as Human Target, alongside legendary writer Len Wein, as well as Push and Batman: Arkham Unhinged. His breakout moment came when he reunited with writer Tom Taylor, his collaborator from Star Wars: Darth Maul, to work on Injustice: Gods Among Us. The digital-first comic series—based on the popular video game franchise—quickly evolved into a fan-favorite title with a dedicated following.
The long-running series provided Redondo with the opportunity to refine the stylistic hallmarks that would later define his work: fluid pencil lines, inventive page layouts, and a strong sense of visual rhythm. His kinetic approach to action and storytelling soon made him one of DC’s most sought-after artists, leading to work on high-profile titles such as Justice League with Scott Snyder, Titans with Dan Abnett, and Suicide Squad with Tom Taylor.
However, Redondo’s most celebrated collaboration came when he and Taylor launched their acclaimed run on Nightwing beginning with issue #78. Their take on Dick Grayson brought a vibrant and optimistic tone to the Bat-family corner of the DC Universe, pairing emotionally rich storytelling with visually inventive page design. The run became one of the most celebrated superhero series of the decade, earning Eisner Awards for Best Continuing Series and Best Single Issue, while Redondo himself took home the award for Best Cover Artist.

The DC Art of Bruno Redondo will also include an introduction by Taylor, now a #1 New York Times bestselling writer, offering additional perspective on their creative partnership. In addition to the main art collection, the Kickstarter campaign will feature several exclusive extras for supporters, including rarely seen sketches and commissions, a selection of Redondo’s Nightwing cover artwork, a fold-out reproduction of the iconic Nightwing #87 issue, and collectible items such as sticker and poster packs.
The book will be available through Clover Press in multiple premium formats, including hardcover, dust jacket, slipcase, and a signed slipcase edition aimed at collectors.
Clover Press publisher Hank Kanalz praised Redondo’s rising prominence within the industry. “I’ve known Bruno since his days on Injustice and knew he had an amazing career ahead of him,” Kanalz said. “I’m so proud of the extent to which he has risen, including multiple Eisners and being on the top of many writers’ request lists. And I think he’s just getting started.”
The DC Art Of… series debuted in 2025 with The DC Art of Jorge Jimenez, establishing Clover Press’ commitment to producing premium art collections dedicated to the creators behind DC’s most visually compelling stories. Additional volumes in the series are expected to be announced in the coming months.
