Much like how Captain America and Iron Man came to blows with separate teams and different agendas in Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War, that unfortunate fate has now befallen Team Arrow.
Scheduled to premiere March 1st following hiatus, The CW has released both a trailer and a synopsis for the episode entitled “Collision Course”:
“Oliver (Stephen Amell), Diggle (David Ramsey) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) disagree with Dinah (Juliana Harkavy), Curtis (Echo Kellum) and Rene (Rick Gonzalez) on how to handle Black Siren (Katie Cassidy). The two teams face off and a fight ensues.”
Originally, the team split into two after Dinah, Rene, and Curtis took issue with Oliver’s underhanded surveillance of them following the release of the incriminating photo of him as Green Arrow. However, with the death of Dinah’s ex-boyfriend Vince aka Vigilante at the hands of Black Siren, Team Canary is geared to take down Cayden James and company with lethal force, starting with Earth-2’s Laurel Lance.
Arrow returns March 1 at 8 EST on The CW.
