On the heels of a slew of new characters being added to the CW/DC Universe comes a brand new member to the Arrow cast…Rutina Wesley.
Cast in a mysterious role, Rutina will join such newcomers to the Arrow/Flash world as Parker Young (Thea’s new love interest), Teddy Sears (Jay Garrick), Casper Crump (Vandal Savage), Falk Hentschel (Hawkman), Keiynan Lonsdale (Wally West), and Neal McDonough (Damien Darhk).

Best known from her role as Tara Thornton on HBO’s hit series True Blood, Rutina Wesley will join the fourth season of Arrow for a multi-episode arc. Will she be on Oliver’s side or will she be a source of trouble for the team? Possibly joining up with Damien Darhk? The only way to know will be to tune in to the upcoming season of Arrow.
