Summary

Trigon attacks! Raven must defend herself from her own father! The balance between good and evil is upset, and Baron Winters predicts Raven will die! Is she beyond the help of the Night Force?

Positives

We drop in as Ash and Raven, are in the middle of a big fight, one that looks as if Raven has lost, as the reader gets to see what she is thinking, giving the reader an instant recap. Raven also gets transported back in time, as we briefly see her save some lives, acting like the superhero fans have grown to love. Raven also confronts Baron Winters, as he may be the key to why Trigon has attacked, as this scene shows how powerful she is through her powers and how vulnerable she is, by how she has to remind herself on how to look in certain situations. Lastly, we get closer to why Trigon and Raven’s mother, Arella, became a match.

Buy, as this story serves as both a new adventure and an origin story .
