Over the next five years, DC Comics is set to release an ongoing set of films to combat Marvel. One of them as you may or may not know is Justice League Part One which will be released November 17, 2017. We reported on the latest Comic-Con edition of Entertainment Weekly, and in here they state the script to the much hyped film is done!
Chris Terrio who was the screenwriter to the hit Affleck film Argo was brought in by Warner Bros. to re-write the script to Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and he apparently has already finished the Justice League script also.
EW reported that Terrio and director Zack Snyder locked themselves in a room with a plethora of Diet Coke to help them get through the time taken to design the stories to their films. Personally I can’t see Snyder downing Diet Coke considering how health conscious he is. Who cares though, whatever it takes to get a good script done right?!
Snyder says:
“Chris would talk and I would draw it and it was basically this weird mural of the movies with no words,”
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is due to hit the theater March 2016 and one of the main drivers behind the story is said to be the legendary comic book, The Dark Knight Returns by Frank Miller.
