DC Announces Free Comic Book Day 2016 Titles

Free Comic Book Day is just a few months away, and along with all of the games and costumes are the thing that most people show up for…free comics.

DC has two titles that they will be giving out during the festivities.  The first, in preparation for the upcoming August 5th release of Suicide Squad, will be a special edition issue of SUICIDE SQUAD #1, the first chapter of the iconic graphic novel, Suicide Squad Vol. 1: Kicked in the Teeth.

The second title is geared more toward the younger audience.  A sneak peek of the highly anticipated original graphic novel, DC Super Hero Girls: Final Crisis by Shea Fontana and Yancey Labat.

It’s the day before finals and the student body is hard at work…and nothing is going right! Wonder Woman spars with Cheetah in gym class as Batgirl and Supergirl watch from the sidelines. In the next class, the girls sit next to an empty seat. Where could Supergirl be?
