Due to Warner Bros. shortsightedness, we will never get to see Zack Snyder’s true vision of how Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Justice League Part 1 and Justice League Part 2 should have connected.
We most likely won’t even get to see the Zack Snyder cut of Justice League. His version would’ve put the running time of the movie well past the 2-hour mark that the brain(less)-trust at WB mandated. But that doesn’t mean that footage and imagery from that cut doesn’t exist somewhere.
Ray Fisher, who played Cyborg in Justice League, recently released a photo on Instagram from a deleted scene. A scene that obviously gives more backstory to Cyborg. Soon after he released that image, Zack Snyder himself replied on Vero with a similar shot from a different angle.
We’ll never know what could’ve been, but I’m certain it would’ve been better than what we got, and I honestly believe when it was all said and done, the three movies would’ve been a tightly connected story that would have been groundbreaking.
