Is This The End of Hellblazer?

As fans were just getting used to seeing John Constantine onscreen, it looks like his comic version will be ending soon. Tim Seeley recently tweeted:

“Yeah, I was hired to bring it to an end,”

It looks like DC brought the right man in to close up shop, as the final two issues, leaves as many answers as questions. This can be seen below in the solicitations for the final two issues:
