Conor Leslie Lasso Training for Donna Troy’s Return on ‘Titans’

Conor Leslie

In the first season of Titans, Conor Leslie made a huge splash as Donna Troy, Wonder Woman’s protégé. But it takes more than wirework and martial arts to bring an Amazon to life.

Sometimes, it takes a lasso.

The actress recently tweeted both photos and video of her receiving lasso instruction. She easily ropes a prop chair with precision.

Titans Together…And The Bat

With such an influx of supporting cast on the way, Donna Troy making her return is more than welcome. Conor Leslie will be joined by the recently announced Drew Van Acker as Aqualad. Other additions include Esai Morales as Slade Wilson/Deathstroke, Chella Man as Jericho, Chelsea T. Zhang as Rose Wilson, and Joshua Orpin as Connor Kent/Superboy.

Then there is The Batman himself. Iain Glen of Game of Thrones has been cast in the role of Dick Grayson’s former mentor, Bruce Wayne. With how Dick knew Donna when they were younger, and where Dick is now, the timing for Donna’s comeback couldn’t be better.

Season Two Scheduling Details

Titans was officially renewed for season 2 in October. This was taken as a strong vote of confidence for the new series, which had, at that time, seen a great deal of derision regarding its controversial first trailer from SDCC. There’s no word yet on how many episodes will make up Titans season 2, but it stands to reason that it will remain at about the same length as season 1.

It’s unknown precisely when Titans season 2 will premiere. There has been no official word on when Titans season 2 will being production and DC Universe’s broadcast schedule doesn’t suggest any obvious openings anywhere in its 2019 schedule. However, rumors are going around that Titans season 2 could start filming as early as February 2019 for a late 2019 premiere, though those rumors have neither been confirmed nor substantiated yet.

Catch the second season of Titans in the fall on DC Universe and Netflix.
