It looks like fan favorite Batman: Black And White is coming back this December! We haven’t seen anything from the anthology series since 2014, so this will be a welcome return to this corner of the Dark Knight’s world.

The oversized book will run for six issues and each 48-page issue will feature new short stories from an impressive collection of creators. The first issue features covers from long-time Batman artist and Greg Capullo; a Talia cover from Peach Momoko;  and JH Williams.

The list of writers is impressive — Paul Dini, Tim Seeley, Tom King, G. Willow Wilson, Chip Zdarsky, and James Tynion IV. The list of artists working on this book is just as incredible and includes:

  • Andy Kubert
  • Kelley Jones
  • Emma Rios
  • James Harren
  • Gabriel Hardman
  • Mitch Gerads
  • JH Williams
  • Nick Bradshaw
  • Greg Smallwood
  • Sophie Campbell
  • David Aja
  • Bilquis Evely
  • Dustin Weaver
  • Riley Rossmo
  • Tradd Moore
  • Lee Weeks

The first issue of Batman: Black And White hits stores December 8!
