SDCC 2015: Batman to Team Up With TMNT! UPDATE!!!!

DC Entertainment announces Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle crossover at San Diego Comic Con International!

Batman and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles team up in a crossover miniseries from DC and IDW. This marks the third time the two companies have joined forces. The first being Star Trek/Legion of Super-Heroes with the just released Star Trek/Green Lantern being the second.

The basic premise of the series will see the alien warlord Krang teleporting the Turtles and Shredder into an alternate reality of Gotham City. Of course, you can expect the Dark Knight Detective will take notice of these new visitors. A fight will most likely ensue between Batman an the Turtles before they team-up. Hopefully, we get to see interactions like Raphael/Red Hood, Michelangelo/Damian, Leonardo/Nightwing and of course Donatello and all the Bat-tech! Will Shredder find allies in Batman’s rogues gallery? Will the Turtles take on the League of Assassins? Guess we will have wait and see!

Freddie Williams II has confirmed he is the artist on this series with James Tynion IV as writer!

My love of comics started at the age of 5, when visions of mythic beings fought their way across my TV screen. Batman '66, Super Friends, Wonder Woman, and Superman '78 filled my early childhood with imagination and adventure. Soon enough I found the spinner rack! Batman, Justice League and DC's Who's Who kept me coming back for more. I've seen the death of hope, justice broken, a light extinguished, and a universe torn! A kingdom come, the lightning return, a triumph of evil and a multiverse reborn!
